Do I have to be there during the clean-out?

Only for the first few minutes so you can point out anything you want kept. After that you're free to go — we'll text when we're done and the unit is swept.

Do you take furniture, electronics, mattresses from storage?

Yes — all of it. Appliances, TVs, mattresses, furniture, boxes of random household items. One flat price covers everything.

Can you work on weekends when I'm off work?

Yes. We're available 7 AM to 9 PM every day including weekends. Weekend storage jobs are one of our most common scheduling requests.

I bought a defaulted unit at auction — can you clear the leftovers?

Absolutely. Tell us which facility and we'll meet you there. You keep the sellable stuff, we haul the rest.

What if there's hazardous stuff in there?

Paint, batteries, propane — we'll take them (small fee for proper disposal). Biohazards or heavy mold may need specialized cleanup; we'll let you know on arrival.
