Our crew is fully insured, background-checked, and trained to work respectfully in sensitive situations (estate, eviction, hoarding). Confidentiality guaranteed.

Full-Service Clean-Outs for Every Kind of Property
At EZ Junk & Hauling, clean-outs are what we do best. Over the past few years we’ve cleared thousands of spaces across Salem, Keizer, Woodburn, Stayton, Dallas, and the rest of Marion and Polk counties — garages, basements, rental units, storage lockers, and entire estates. Every job gets the same approach: show up on time, work hard, leave the space cleaner than we found it.
What counts as a clean-out? If your space has more than just a couple of items — if it’s filled with stuff you’re not sure what to do with — it’s a clean-out. Common scenarios include downsizing parents, tenants who leave everything behind, relatives clearing a home after a loss, landlords turning over a rental, homeowners preparing for a remodel, or hoarding situations that have become overwhelming. We’ve seen it all, and we don’t judge.
Our process respects your time and the space. We arrive with a two-person crew, a truck, and a 16-yard trailer. We walk the space with you, discuss what stays and what goes, and give you a firm all-in price. Once you say go, we sort items into keep, donate, recycle, and dispose — then load everything systematically. We donate whatever can be reused to local charities in Salem like Union Gospel Mission and Habitat ReStore. Metal, electronics, and mattresses go to proper recyclers. Only true garbage hits the landfill.
Services we offer alongside junk removal. Light demolition (drywall, shelving, old deck boards), interior sweeps, hauling of appliances, furniture, mattresses, and yard debris. If the job needs more than one trip, we’ll tell you upfront and build it into the price. See our full list of residential services for related work, or check specific clean-out types: estate, eviction, apartment, storage unit, or foreclosure.

Clean-outs: what people ask us
How long does a whole-house clean-out take?
Most single-family homes take a full day with our two-person crew. Very large estates or hoarding-level situations sometimes run 2–3 days; we give you a firm estimate upfront.
Will you donate or recycle what you can?
Yes — always. That's part of our standard process. Usable items go to Salem-area donation centers; metal, mattresses, and electronics hit proper recyclers.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
Not at all. We just need access and a quick walkthrough at the start. Many clients hand us a key, head to work, and get photos when we're done.
Can you handle biohazard or hoarding cleanups?
We can do standard hoarding-adjacent cleanouts. Biohazard situations (sharps, bodily fluids, heavy infestation) usually need a certified cleanup company — we can refer you.
What about heavy items — pianos, safes, hot tubs?
Most heavy items are included in our flat price. For pianos, big safes, or hot tubs we add a small line item to cover the specialized equipment. Always quoted upfront.
Do you offer same-week scheduling?
Usually yes. For smaller clean-outs we often do same-day. Full estates book a few days out depending on the season.
