Do I need to bring the mattress outside first?
No. We come to the bedroom, carry it down the stairs, and load it. That is the whole point of calling us.
Can you pick up the same day?
Usually. Single mattress pickups are quick, so we can often slot one in the same day you call, especially in Salem and Keizer.
Do you take stained, torn, or bed-bug mattresses?
Yes. We wrap and bag suspect mattresses before they leave the room so nothing spreads in the hallway or the trailer. Let us know ahead of time.
Can you take the bed frame and headboard too?
Yes. The full bed set rate covers the frame. Bulky headboards and adjustable bases are quoted on site, usually a small add-on.
Will my mattress get recycled?
As much of it as possible. Springs are recycled as steel and foam is diverted when a facility accepts it. We never illegally dump.
Do you offer bulk pricing for hotels and rentals?
Yes. Five or more mattresses get a volume rate, and we can schedule recurring pickups for property managers and hosts.
