Pricing depends on the amount of junk and how much we load. We give upfront, itemized quotes by volume (how much of the truck your junk fills) — so there are no surprise fees. Yes. On-site estimates are always free and no-obligation. You can also get a ballpark quote over the phone or by text if you send us a few photos — most customers know the price before we even pull up.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Payment is collected once the job is complete and you’re happy with the result.

No deposit required. You only pay after the crew has finished loading and hauled your junk away. If the final volume is less than estimated, the price drops accordingly.

No. Our quote includes labor, loading, hauling, and disposal fees. The only time the price changes is if we find additional junk on arrival that wasn’t in the original quote — and we’ll always walk through and confirm with you first.

We haul almost everything non-hazardous: furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, yard debris, construction scrap, hot tubs, pianos, exercise equipment, and full house or garage cleanouts. If you’re not sure, just ask — we probably take it.

We can’t accept hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, asbestos, or medical waste. We also can’t take anything with a live freon charge we can’t certify (some fridges and AC units). If you’re unsure about an item, give us a call first.

Yes — most of the time. If you call early in the day, we can usually get to you the same day in Salem, Keizer, and the surrounding metro. Next-day service is almost always available for jobs booked in the afternoon.
